E-commerce Photo Assistant
Permanent Position – Full Time (37.5 h/week)
Petits Héritiers is looking for a passionate, versatile and resourceful person to join its team as an E-commerce Operation Assistant.
Founded in 2019, Petits Héritiers is a Montreal-based company specializing in the buyback and resale of second-hand clothing for children (0–12 years), as well as women’s clothing.
Schedule
• Monday to Friday – Flexible schedule
• Store closure monday to wednesday (17H)
Role:
Ensure the preparation and presentation of pieces for their online display.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare clothing for photoshoots (ironing, lint removal and washing when necessary)
• Photograph children’s products flat lay for the website according to company standards
• Photograph women’s products on mannequin for the website according to company standards
• Retouch and organize photos
• Properly classify and store items
• Assist the operations and buying team with various tasks (web order preparation, invoice creation, etc.)
• Responsible to close store monday to wednesday (17h) - possibility to replace thursday and friday store closure if person responsible is sick
• Help with the cash if needed
Other Tasks
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment that meets company standards
• Participate in various related tasks to support the team as needed
Profile
• Strong interest in sustainable fashion and the world of children’s clothing
• No photography experience required
• Proactive attitude, strong initiative and leadership skills
• Good command of both French and English
